Formello (Rome) October 20, 2020 - ESI S.p.A., a company operating in the Renewable Energy industry, working as an EPC and System Integrator in both Italy and the international playground, states their admission request proposal to Borsa Italiana S.p.A has been submitted on October 19, 2020. The request opens up negotiations for Ordinary Shares and Warrants upon the AIM Italia Market, which is held and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

ESI aims at utilizing proceeds coming from financial offers to fund their own growth process.

This process relies on the idea of an organic growth that is built upon three main objectives: building a solid presence on the market, strengthening the company on an internal level, and reaching new international markets.

This would make it possible for ESI to gain a new standing in front of major Clients (e.g.: Foreign Governments, Top Clients in the Energy Industry, Investment Funds and Onlus’s), and to nourish the Global footprint of the Company, leading to a better ability in building solid connections with foreign markets, and in particular with Developing and European Countries.
